Liontone Lubricant Laboratory Promotion to CNAS National Laboratory

      National laboratory accreditation refers to the formal recognition of the ability of testing/calibration laboratories and inspection institutions to complete specific tasks by an authoritative organization authorized by the government or legally prescribed (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It is a review of testing/calibration laboratories that is similar to ISO9001 certification applied in production and services, but with stricter requirements and belongs to a voluntary certification system, It is organized by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. Testing, inspection, and calibration reports/certificates issued by accredited laboratories can be stamped with the seals of CNAS and ILAC, and the data issued can be internationally recognized.

Having passed CNAS certification means that the laboratory has the technical ability to conduct testing and calibration for accredited projects in accordance with international recognized standards (ISO/IEC 17025). The successful passing of the CNAS certification by the testing center is a labor achievement and honor for all employees of Huarui Tiger. This review was initiated in 2019 and until the final review in 2021, sufficient preparations were made in terms of management system operation, project approval, participation in measurement audits, and uncertainty evaluations. With professional and rigorous actions, it was finally recognized!

The recognition of CNAS national level laboratory signifies that the quality management system of Liante fully complies with international standards, and the laboratory's inspection and testing capabilities have reached the level of national level laboratories. It has further improved its industry influence, brand enhancement, and other aspects! We will also take the approval of this review as a new starting point, further strengthen the internal quality management system, expand the coverage of testing capabilities, provide better testing services for customers, and create greater social value!

The testing center is equipped with more than 50 testing equipment, which can cover the testing of most physical and chemical indicators and performance items of lubricating oil. In the future, more testing equipment will be added to achieve comprehensive inspection of lubricating oil, preparing for the construction of an intelligent and automated testing center.

The laboratory's CNAS certification this time is an important step for our company to take on a more professional path.
